Two types: dried whole apricot and dried apricot halves; whole apricots are graded by size. Semi-dried, maximum moisture 28%. Colour: light yellow to reddish orange; characteristic sweetness with a little sourness. Size grades (count per kg / diameter): Large - up to 100 / 36 mm or larger; Medium - 101 to 140; Small - 220 or more / 20 mm or less.
